Natural Treatments for Nausea

page backNausea can be caused by a variety of factors, including motion sickness, morning sickness, vertigo, exposure to cigarette smoke, or even a psychological shock such as the sight of blood. Nausea may also be a symptom of a more serious condition, such as a viral infection, alcohol or drug overdose, or chemical or food poisoning. If nausea is accompanied by vomiting, it is crucial to guard against dehydration by replacing lost fluids.
